We have a wide range of units available, from share unisex backpacker bunkrooms to fully self contained units and motel units. For accommodation that is not self contained, all the facilities you will need are available in the communal amenities for all guests (see facilities)
Please note that our prices may vary with high season rates and/or minimum occupancy conditions. Please ask us for a firm quote when enquiring.

Motel Units
Our Motel Units are fully self contained with full cooking and dining facilities, colour TV, en-suite shower and toilet and separate bedroom made up with all linen, blankets, towels etc. Because we try to offer budget accommodation, we will NOT service your room each day, but fresh linen etc. is available as required. Tea and coffee is supplied on arrival.
$120.00 for one or two people, $27.00 per extra adult and $13.50 per child or infant under 16 years.

Self Contained Units (Tourist Flats)
Tourist flat is KIWI SPEAK for a basic motel unit including en-suite shower and toilet but without sheets, blankets and towels. It is a self contained unit with all the facilities of our Motel Units, but you must provide your own bedding (or it is available for hire at $4 per person/stay).
$99 for one or two people, $20 per extra adult and $10.00 per child or infant under 16 years.

Kitchen Cabins
Our Kitchen Cabins are one room units with cooking and dining facilities, hot and cold water, refrigerator, TV and sleep three or four people. Again you provide your own bedding or available for hire at $4 per person/stay and use the community showers and toilets.
$69 for one or two people, $17 per extra adult and $8.50 per child or infant under 16 years. |

On Site Caravans (Trailers in many parts of the world)
Caravans provide much the same facilities as Kitchen Cabins. They still include refrigerator, basic cooking and dining facilities and sleep two to six people. These units provide good, clean and cheap private accommodation for people with their own bedding (or available for hire at $4 per person/stay).
$55 for one or two people, $16 per extra adult and $8 per child or infant under 16 years. |

Backpackers (Bunkrooms)
The cheapest accommodation available other than camping. Our bunkrooms sleep 3 and 6-8 people in share rooms. This is are the favourite units for backpackers and being share accommodation is perfect for the solo traveller wishing to meet and mix with other travellers.

Powered Camper Van Sites
We are a major destination for international visitors touring New Zealand in camper vans. 1.5 hours from Auckland International Airport, we are a perfect first and last stop for your New Zealand visit. We offer peace and tranquillity, the perfect cure for jetlag. And, if you don't want to immediately face the city streets where everyone drives on the wrong side of the road, then an easy drive OUT of town can be an attractive alternative. Thames, a major shopping destination, is the perfect place to stock up on fresh New Zealand food or purchase the little things you have left behind. Once here most people find we are the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula. The central location also makes it easy to take day trips to many other places. The famous Hot Water Beach is just over an hour away. Come and see us - we have had years of experience helping people make the most of their camper van holiday in New Zealand. Our facilities include electricity sites, clean drinking water, laundry and sewer dump.

Powered Caravan Sites
We see most of our caravan guests time and time again, returning to enjoy to peaceful surroundings where often the loudest noise is the birds calling. Hidden in our bush valley only 3 kilometres from the centre of Thames, it's like being in another world - no traffic or rush, a perfect playground for "children" and a tranquil oasis for rest and relaxation.

Powered / Unpowered Tent Sites
Dickson Park specialise in peace and tranquillity for all tent sites ranging from larger areas for family tents down to small hideaway sites hidden in the trees for the traveller wanting a bit of privacy. Don't forget that if you are travelling light we have a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining facility and for those a bit more adventurous our Pioneer Kitchen with it's wood burning stove, wok and barbeque are a popular alternative. Even more so with a bottle of magnificent New Zealand wine!
